Privacy position
Presence, not surveillance.
Conscilliance is a Company OS: it exists so teams can see their own work. It is not a monitoring product, and it is built so it cannot quietly become one.
Conscilliance can show

Available, Focus, Meeting or Away — set by the person.
Voluntarily declared Workspace
Where someone chose to say they are working.
Voluntarily declared activity
A short line they wrote themselves.
Source-backed company activity
Events their tools already publish to their team.

These are not settings that could be enabled later. There is no collection path for them.
What we read
From each connected source, only the events needed to describe change: pull requests and reviews, issue states and assignees, deal stages and owners, channel activity signals. We do not read message bodies, private repositories you don’t select, or documents outside connected spaces.
Access model
Read-only scopes by default. Write access is requested only for actions you initiate — sending a Poke as a Slack DM, for example. Every connection lists its exact scopes before you approve it.
Attention is deterministic
Attention comes from named rules your company owns and can edit. Every item states which rule fired. No model ranks your work, and no score is ever attached to a person.
AI boundaries
The Workspace Agent answers only from context you already have access to, and cites its sources. Your company data is not used to train models.
Individual control
Anyone can clear their declared activity, set themselves Away, or hide their presence entirely. Doing so is never reported to anyone as an event.
Retention and exit
Activity is retained for 90 days by default and is configurable by company admins. Export or delete the whole company at any time; deletion removes derived context too.

We'll walk through the exact scopes with you during pilot onboarding.
